Besthealth is delighted to announce the release of its new Enhanced 24-bit A/D Flash MCU, the BH66F5355. This new device has high-resolution 24-bit Delta-Sigma A/D converter performance, making it suitable for use in high accuracy measurement products such as electronic scales, blood pressure meters and so on. In addition, an integrated accurate temperature sensor is also provided to make the device appropriate for use in ear thermometers, forehead thermometers, electronic thermometers and other temperature measurement products.
This new device includes a 4-channel 24-bit A/D converter, an LDO, two Operational Amplifiers and a D/A converter, which together can implement high accuracy measurements. In having an integrated accurate temperature sensor, it offers the advantages of requiring fewer peripheral components and lower power consumption when compared with other NTC applications. The device can directly drive LEDs for display purposes and has software adjustable brightness. It also includes a range of external serial interfaces, including I²C, SPI and UART interface types.
With regards to system resources, the device includes an 8K×16 Flash Program Memory, a 512×8 Data Memory and an In-Application Programing function. The device also includes a 512×8 EEPROM Memory which can be used to store any required automatic adjustment product parameters as well as calibration parameters thus simplifying development and production.
As for packaging, the device is supplied in 24-pin QFN and 24-pin SSOP package types. With a QFN package size of 3mm×3mm, it is very suitable for use in smaller outline products.
