Holtek wishes to announce the release of its new 24-bit A/D Flash MCU, the BH67F5372. The device includes a Delta-Sigma A/D converter with high-resolution and high efficiency performance, making it suitable for use in high accuracy measurement products such as electronic scales, blood pressure meters, thermometers, instrumentation to name but a few.

The fully integrated 24-bit A/D converter has a conversion speed of up to 1.6kHz, which can implement high accuracy measurements. If the A/D converter is used with 12-bit resolution, the conversion speed can reach up to 125kHz, allowing it to execute rapid converter measurements. The device includes an HT-8 core, a Flash Program Memory capacity of 32K×16, a Data Memory capacity of 3072×8, an EEPROM capacity of 2048×8 and various communication interfaces. In addition, its integrated LCD driver can drive LCD panels directly.

As for packaging, the BH67F5372 is supplied in a 64-pin LQFP package type. With its abundant system resources and comprehensive range of functions, this new device can meet the requirements of a wide range of diversified measurement products.
