BestHealth is delighted to announce the release of its new Impedance and Electrochemical LCD Flash MCU, the BH67F2495. The device contains impedance and electrochemical measurement circuits and includes a fully integrated USB function making it suitable for use in USB Glucose Meters, Glucose and Blood Pressure two-in-one Meters and other related products. The device includes a full range of MCU resources as well as an analog front end circuit which can support various impedance measurements, electrochemical measurements as well as other physiological signal measurement combination applications. The integrated USB driver supports USB communication and the integrated LCD driver supports a constant illumination level function. The device also has additional communication interfaces which include I²C, SPI and UART. With regard to memory, the device contains 64K×16 of Flash Program Memory, a 4096×8 RAM and a 4096×8 EEPROM. The EEPROM can be used to store automatic adjustment product parameters as well as calibration parameters, providing a means to simplify development and volume production. As for packaging, the device is supplied in 64-pin LQFP and 80-pin LQFP package types.
