BestHealth is delighted to announce the release of its new 24-Bit A/D LCD Flash MCUs, the BH67F5362A and BH67F5372A. These devices have a high-resolution Delta-Sigma A/D converter, making them suitable for high-precision measurement products such as electronic scales, blood pressure meters, thermometers and meters. The devices include a 24-bit A/D converter circuit with a maximum conversion speed of 1.6kHz for high-precision measurement. They are also equipped with a 12-bit A/D converter that operates at a conversion speed of 125kHz, facilitating fast measurement. The devices have an internal LCD driver for directly driving LCD panels. The devices support multiple communication interfaces. The BH67F5362A device contains 16K×16 Flash Program Memory, 2048×8 Data Memory and 1024×8 EEPROM. The BH67F5372A device contains 32K×16 Flash Program Memory, 3072×8 Data Memory and 2048×8 EEPROM. Both devices are supplied in 64-pin LQFP package types. With their rich set of resources and comprehensive functionality, they are well-equipped to meet the requirements of diverse product grades and applications.
